HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Placing an order is as easy as any other online store. Just go to our menu page, pick from our curated selection of juices, breakfast, soup, 5 delicious entrees, a mouthwatering dessert and snacks. Add your quantity and hit “Add to cart”. Don’t be shy, just select as many as you like and when you’re done, click on the “view cart” button.
Once you get to the cart section. You can also make changes to your order from there. Or even add modifications to your dishes (if available). It really is all about getting what you really want. If you made any changes to your cart, you can click on the “Update Cart” button and see your new total.
After this, you are just one step away, just fill out your information on the checkout page, and DONE! Your order has been placed! You’ll receive an email confirmation and we will get cooking for you.
Can you tailor the menu for me?
Absolutely! When you view your cart, you can choose from a number of options to modify your dish. Wether It’s an allergy, a specific dietary requirement or simply a food preference, we are here for you!
Each entrée comes with a list of specific modifications available for you. Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Low-Carb, No-Carb, Extra Spicy, Dairy Free etc. we have got you covered
When we receive your order, we will carefully prepare it according to your specifications and will label the meals so you can feel confident that you were taken care of. Keep in mind that the nutritional values will change with modifications.
Exciting news is we don’t charge anything extra for modifications. The only extra charge you would come across is paying for extra protein $5.
How do I modify a dish?
How does my food arrive?
- Our friendly delivery team will contact you minutes before arriving.
- You will receive your food packed in recyclable containers inside an insulated cooler bag with an ice pack to ensure that the ingredients will stay fresh for up to 6 hours even if you’re not home to accept delivery.
- None of your meals contain preservatives. Each package will show an expiry date within 4 days from packing.
- You can always freeze your meals before the expiry date.
- The food containers are microwave safe but not oven safe.
How do you make it vegan?
The base of each of our dishes is designed and created vegan. The only animal by-products that are then added are the following:
- occasional use of Greek Yoghurt
- occasional use of feta or goat cheese
- occasional use of honey
- animal protein component
To adapt each dish to be completely vegan we take the following measures where appropriate:
- substitute dairy-free coconut-milk-cultured yoghurt
- substitute vegan cheese
- substitute agave
- substitute a vegan-friendly protein component, which can be any combination of legumes, tempeh, tofu, nuts, seeds, etc. dependent on which is most appropriate for the flavour profile and nutritional combination of the dish
How do you make it paleo?
We omit any non paleo friendly ingredients present in the dish with paleo approved substitutions which may include but are not limited to any combination of the following:
- zucchini noodles
- carrot noodles
- sweet potatoes
- veggie combos
- “cauliflower rice”
If there is no paleo modification checkbox present, it means the dish is already paleo.
What are your pescatarian subsitutions?
- wild sockeye salmon
All of our seafood is sourced wild from Centennial Foods, a Canadian supplier of the highest quality.
What is the typical cost?
7+ ENTREES: $13.75/EA
5 ENTREES: $14.75/EA
3 ENTREES: $15.75/EA
ORGANIC COLD PRESSED JUICE: $9

Can I only order part of the menu?
There is no commitment to ordering everything from the menu, you are welcome to choose which selections you would like and which volume based on your preferences.
The only requirement is a minimum of 3 items for delivery which can be any combination of items.
Will the price change when I order multiple entrées?
You got it! The price of your meals will be automatically adjusted in your cart.
The more entrées you add to your cart, the more affordable your order becomes.
How do I view my cart?
Each time you click “Add to cart” on the “Menu” page, you will see a “View Cart” button. You can also click the “View Cart” link in the top-right menu at any time.
Why is there a bag deposit?
For new customers only, we request a 15 dollar deposit in case you want to keep your bags until your next order.
Even though it would be sad to see you go. You will have that deposit back if you ever decide to take a break from our service.
How do I select my delivery day and time?
If you have completed your order and you are ready to go, you can select your delivery day and time on the checkout page. You’ll have an option to select a delivery address, If different from your billing address and a “Pick Up or Delivery” dropdown. Pick the one that’s best for you between Sunday and Monday.
How do I use a gift card?
Our Gift cards are usually associated with an email address. When you checkout, just ensure that you use the same email address where you received your gift code.
If you don’t feel like you are ready to create an account, you can still redeem your gift card, by entering the code that you received on your email on the checkout page.
How can I set a delivery location that is different from my billing address?
During Checkout, You will be asked if your delivery address is different from the billing address. Check the box and fill out your delivery address. You can add any special delivery notes in this section (ie. Leave bag with concierge).
You can also adjust your billing and delivery address on the Addresses page in the “My Account” area.
How can I give you special delivery instructions?
In the Checkout, there is a “Delivery Notes” box where you can note any special delivery requests. Under that area, you can check the “Save delivery notes for next purchase?” box if these are delivery requests that will apply to future orders.
You can also save permanent delivery requests on the Checkout Delivery Notes page in the “My Account” area. Information you save on this page will automatically display in the checkout in future orders.
Where can I find my invoice?
Our delivery service is complimentary within Lower Mainland Vancouver, Richmond, New West, Burnaby, North Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, North Vancouver and West Vancouver.
Pick up is available from our facility in South Vancouver and from Pikanik Gluten Free Bakery in South Surrey for clients outside of our delivery areas.
